Beach Bums

Yep. Beach bums. We spent the second consecutive weekend at the beach. We're obsessed. We can't get enough. Last weekend we had the opportunity to see the annual sand-sculpting contest at the beach! It was so much fun; incredible sand sculptures! We went with our good buds, the Woodrows, who have a son Carter (who is exactly one week older than Gray).

Loving the Ocean in June

About 30 minutes from our house, is one of NH's biggest beaches. We love letting the ocean crash on our legs and build sandcastles on the beach.

We love the beach! Ella loves running from the waves while Gray loves to try & jump over them. Both kids love trying to build sand castles and catch seagulls.

Grand Times on Grand Island in the Grand Month of May

The title is a mouthful, but it's accurate! It's always so much fun coming home to Grand Island to see our dear family and our friends. I arrived about 16/17 weeks pregnant with our third babe. Pregnant in the summer again! Our kids loved spending time at Papa's & Grandma's throwing rocks in "pool pond", swinging on the tree swing, sliding down the make-shift slide that Papa "Jerry-rigged", and playing chase. They loved playing at Oma's & Opa's with all the fun toys & books and watching Ella's favorite princess come to life in the movie Cinderella! It was also wonderful to see Uncle Jarrett, Uncle Justin, Aunt Jen, & our new baby cousin (5 months old in May) sweet, beautiful Olivia Addison! We came back home the first of June with so many wonderful memories! We are so blessed to have such an amazing family and friends!

Springtime in Buffalo & Meeting our New "Niece"

After our visit with the Snyders in PA, we headed northwest about 6 hours to Buffalo to see our family and friends. What a blessing it was to be able to go to Buffalo to meet our new "niece", miss beautiful BRENNA LONG. She's just the cutest little peanut ever! It was awesome to spend time with our best buds, the Longs, hold the new little lady (Christina....and Brenna too!), and see how big the boys got. It's funny to see Grayson with Josh & Mac; he's pretty much the same size as Matthew (who's 3 months older than Ella!) see for yourself! We love you Long time, Longs!

Too Long

Too long; it's been too long since we've last posted on our blog! So much has happened since. At the end of May we journeyed to Harrisburg, PA to see the Snyders. What a blast we had! It was so much fun to spend time with our 5 Snyder cousins.....and Aunt Carla & Uncle Graham too, of course! Our days were spent playing in the backyard with the kids, enjoying fine meals and conversations, and venturing off to the farm where we had the opportunity to meet and learn about miniature animals. What a great time! It only took us 8 hours to get to PA. We'll reunite with the Snyders again in Buffalo at the end of July to see the Forbeses, Dueck SRs, & the Mocks. We can't wait!
