Our Day Today

Well, it started off as a peaceful morning. So much snow that even church was canceled. We decide to take the day slow, play with the kids, watch a little football, clean the house, make dinner yadda yadda yadda....

Then it was time to start heading up for bed. 6:45p.m. Kids are getting sleepy. We need some mom & dad time yadda yadda yadda. And then, BOOM. Grayson slipped and bashed his face on the corner of the banister. Blood all over his face. A mother's nightmare. We had to rush the poor little guy to th ER; he was such a trooper. Poor Grayson ended up with 5 stitches to his upper lip. Please pray that he'll have a good week and that he won't scar! :(

I cringe. I hope Lydia never bleeds. Seriously, I cannot handle that stuff!

Dear Janine,

We hope you and your common-law, Jeff, made it back safely to your double wide trailer. You might be wondering how we knew it was a double wide that you were returning to- we are highly trained professionals and all the clues were there. Your unkept hair, three days and counting clothing and the faint smell of a Diabella's tuna sub that filled our waiting room when you arrived.
Sincerly,
Manchester ER Staff
