Well, February came and went with a lot of joy and sickness the size of Texas. Valentine's Day, though a typical Hallmark holiday, was actually a lot of fun this year! From making heart-shaped cookies and Valentines, to helping address 18 tiny Valentines for Ella's class at preschool, to getting a beautiful, 2 dozen multi-colored bouquet of long stem roses & delectable chocolates, this "holiday", was very fun & cute. The Valley was blanketed by frost & snow this month, which is no surprise because it's actually winter. And what comes with winter? Yep. You guessed it. Sickies. Yucky, evil, gross . . . FLU! All five of us got hit hard this month! Poor Oma & Opa came here and we got slammed in the thick of it! Though completely exhausted, we are finally on the road to recovery and with great anticipation we look forward to the arrival of our dear, sweet friend, SPRING!
